How are you different from other Meal Subscription services?

Our menu is based on Indian Fusion concept, made with locally sourced produce and grass-fed protein. For us providing our customers with high quality food is of prime importance. We prepare our meals using 6 different cooking techniques 1 for each day of the week, using cold-pressed oils and non-refined sugars, grass-fed proteins and non GMO produce. None of our meals are deep fried.

When does the food delivery happen?

To maintain freshness of the cooked food, we are offering two time slots for delivery. You can choose your desired slot when adding the plan to your cart. We start delivering 3 days after your order. If you want to choose a later date for delivery, please reach out to us after you have placed and your order.

How often will you deliver food?

We have 4 days, 5 days and 6 days options in all the meal plans. If you choose 4 days option, we will deliver you from Monday to Thursday ,In 5 days plan, we will deliver you from Monday to Friday and 6 days Monday to saturday.

Do you have Vegan / Keto meals?

How does the subscription work?

All our monthly plans are subscription based plans which means they auto-renew every 4 weeks. You can choose meal delivery for 4 days, 5 days or 6 days a week or if you don’t want a long term plan, you can always try our weekly plans first.

Can I change the food menu?

Currently, our menu is fixed and can’t be changed. But if you have any known allergies, let us know and we’ll make sure you get food which is good for you.

Why are you not delivering to my area?

To maintain quality of our service, we are only delivering to selected areas in Metro Vancouver. Currently, we are delivering in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, UBC

When I enter my address, it says ‘Shipping to British Columbia is not available for your Postal Code.’ ?

We’re only delivering at selected locations in Metro Vancouver. Right now, our service is only available in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, UBC

Do you offer free delivery on all the meal packs?

Yes, we provide free doorstep delivery on all the meal packs.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?

No, we don’t offer real-time tracking yet but you will be notified via SMS once the order is out for delivery and again when the delivery person reaches your address.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you may change your delivery address once a month and you can email us the new delivery address - tiffinbox@silk-lounge.ca or drop us a message on chat.

Do you have a refund policy?

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our services, We offer our one day and one week trial services so that you first try out our services before you commit for our monthly packages.
Still If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund while you are in our monthly subscription, We offer a refund back guarantee.
Please keep in mind that even though we offer a refund guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service and used portion will be charged at our regular plan prices..

Do you have a Cancellation policy?

Customer will be charged $25 as a cancellation fees and customer need to cancel the subscription by logging into their account, and under the subscription section hit cancel subscription. You can also call us at 778-374-3767.

Is your facility Health Approved?

Yes, the SILK Lounge kitchen is a Coastal Health Approved Kitchen, and the Tiffin Box meals are cooked in the same facility.

Do you have an app I can use to book my meals?

Our app is in the making at the moment. We shall notify our patrons once it’s up and running.

What if I receive a different meal?

We at Tiffin Box take every precaution to avoid such mishaps but in case you receive something out of your chosen meal plan drop us a text and we will rectify it.

Where do you deliver?

Can I request for additional Rotis/Curry/Rice?

Please contact our 24/7 customer support.

Can I customize my food?

While we do take allergies into consideration, we can’t customize the meals as we already prepare mild home-like food. Kindly mention your allergies while subscribing to our meal plans.

Can you deliver to my doorstep?

Yes, as long as the address mentioned by you is within our delivery area with a recognized ZIP code we shall deliver your tiffin at your doorstep.
