Do you offer free delivery on all the meal packs?
Yes, we provide free doorstep delivery on all the meal packs.
Can I customize my food?
While we do take allergies into consideration, we can’t customize the meals as we already prepare mild home-like food. Kindly mention your allergies while subscribing to our meal plans.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
No, we don’t offer real-time tracking yet but you will be notified via SMS once the order is out for delivery and again when the delivery person reaches your address
Can you deliver to my doorstep?
Yes, as long as the address mentioned by you is within our delivery area with a recognized ZIP code we shall deliver your tiffin at your doorstep.
What is the quantity of each tiffin?
Our Standard Quantity tiffin serve up to two people at a time. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to Large Quantity at a nominal price as low as.
Why are you charging a $50 deposit fee?
Each of our food containers are specially designed to preserve the freshness of the food and keep it hot for upto 3-4 hours. We only take deposits as a precaution incase the box gets damaged or lost by any of our customers. This amount is fully refundable. T&C Apply.
